Care, Resilience, Focus and Transformation.
Caring has always been at the heart of who we are at Prowers Medical Center. As we look back at 2024 and reflect on our hopes for the year ahead, it’s humbling to consider all that we have accomplished.
Change is constant in the healthcare landscape, with new coding regulations, standards, and best practices emerging regularly. Staying informed and up to date is crucial to delivering accurate, compliant, quality, and efficient care. Our work is not easy, but it’s necessary, and it matters.
We have a unique opportunity to embrace partnerships and work with other organizations in a way that helps us accomplish our mission. We review, consider, and implement new opportunities to make healthcare more accessible, more affordable and more impactful for everyone. Setting priorities within our strategic plan has made us resilient and focused on our objectives, no matter what challenges come our way.
Providing excellence in care starts with our team. We have a strong commitment to provide personalized care for all who come to Prowers Medical Center. Our healthcare team’s demonstrations of professionalism, compassion, competence, and confidence are inspiring and humbling. Our people step up and deliver when they need to. That is who we are as an organization.
We identify and implement continuous efforts to transform our organization to better serve our patients by adopting a people-centered approach to everything we do. This will set us apart from the rest. Our communities, our patients, our physicians/providers, and our families have a choice when it comes to their health care. We want them to depend on our organization to deliver that care.
To the Prowers Medical Center Family – I am so proud of all that our team has accomplished this year, and I am grateful for your dedication and perseverance. We wouldn’t be where we are today without each and every one of you. Thank you for making us successful when many organizations and facilities around us continue to struggle. You should all be proud of your efforts.
Healthcare is a challenging profession. Wherever you work, whatever your role, you are making a positive impact. Together, we are advancing healthcare in Prowers County. Let’s hit the ground running in 2025 with a goal, with a plan, and with success already in mind.
To our surrounding communities – Thank you for placing your trust in us for the care of you and your loved ones. As the holiday season approaches, we extend our warmest wishes, hoping your days are filled with joy, laughter, and cherished moments with loved ones.
Full of gratitude and respect,
Karen L. Bryant, CEO
