Language Interpreter Services

Prowers Medical Center is committed to giving the best healthcare in the way that our patients and their families understand best. When a patient is hospitalized, the cultural and linguistic barriers can affect the quality of medical attention that a patient receives. In an effort to better serve our patients who do not speak English, Language Interpreter Services are available. All Language Interpreter Services are provided FREE of charge and are handled with the strictist of confidentiality.

If you need an interpreter when you arrive at our hospital, simply notify our nursing staff or doctor if you require assistance with Language Interpreter Services or look for any member of the Interpreters Committee Team who is wearing a blue globe on their identification badge.

Language Interpreter Services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., weekends and holidays. Or you may ask for Language Interpreter Services at the front desk in the main entrance of our hospital.
