Prowers Medical Center employs physicians and midlevel providers in a group medical practice d.b.a. Prowers Medical Group.

Our employed providers receive a great benefit/compensation package which includes: health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, CME allowance, competitive base salary and productivity bonus.

Employed physicians do not cover the hospital emergency department, but serve "On Call" to accept admissions to the hospital. Current On Call rotation is 1:7.
