The Sunrise Health Clinic is a medical clinic, with family friendly hours for those before school and work health care issues. Our Nurse Practitioner will offer quick and cost effective care for those non urgent healthcare problems that can consume your time and money. We see healthcare problems that can usually be taken care of in five or ten minutes.

We are priced right for those without medical insurance, accept direct assignment of Medicare, Medicaid and most major health insurance programs.

To keep the cost of this service low, full payment or insurance co-payment is required at the time of service.

The Sunrise Health Clinic is located in the Prowers Medical Center Outpatient Clinic at 403 Kendall Drive Lamar CO . Patients should park in either Parking Lots "C" or "D" and enter through the North door of the Medical Office Building.
